Our Guarantee

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Hence, we earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are hand made, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

 


Delivery Policy

Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers:  We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa. Substitutions may be more likely on same-day orders to ensure timely delivery. We will attempt to call you for approval on the substitution before delivery if we are making a substitution on an arrangement you selected contains a majority of a specified flower (ex. Dozen Red Roses and Lilies, Just Tulips. Hydrangeas & More, etc).  

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible but we cannot gaurentee the exact container in the images will be available.

Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.


Delivery Policy

Delivery Minimum- There is a $75 minimum for deliveries and a $100 minimum during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day week.  

Incorrect Address: PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE RECIPIENT'S ADDRESS. In the event that the address you give us is incorrect and the flowers are delivered, we may ask for you to pay a second delivery fee. Our drivers get paid for each delivery they make. If you wouldn't work without pay, please don't ask them to.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at specific times, but we are able to accomadate for 2-4 hour delivery time frames. Please contact the store to make a specific request. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Recipent Isn't Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. This may include a space in the shade or with a neighbor. Our driver will send a text message to the recipient to inform them of the porched gift. If there is no shade and it is too hot to leave the flowers outside, we may have to contact the recipient to reschedule delivery until the evening or the following day. 

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery or to ensure they recieved the flowers that were not handed off to them. For example, for arrangments left in a lobby with a receptionist or in a secluded area, we want to ensure that they recieved the delivery. 

Hospital and Health-Facilities Delivery: If possible, please include a room number for the recipient in the address field. If the room number is unknown, dont worry, our staff will communicate with the hospital before delivery to find their room number. In the case they haven't been assigned a room, we will make multiple follow-up calls to inquire about the room status. This may delay delivery until the following day(s). If the hospital informs us that the recipient is on a floor that cannot recieve flowers, we will contact you to either reschedule delivery or deliver a different gift.

Due to some hospital/office restrictions, our delivery driver may not be allowed up the room and instead, may have to leave the flowers with the designated receptionists. After delivery, it becomes the hospital's responsibility to deliver the arrangments to the correct room and unfortunately, we cannot ensure if this is done in a timely matter. Please contact us if you are unsure the recipient recieved the delivery.  

Buisness Delivery: If requesting same-day delivery to a buisness, please place the order more than 4+ hours before the buisness closes or the employee leaves (before 12pm is best). If upon delivery, the receptionist informs the driver that the recipient is not at work, we may have to leave the flowers there or bring them back to our store. If we have to reschedule the delivery to their home or a different day, please note this may cause a second delivery charge to be made. Additionally, if the store closes before their listed buisness hours, we may call the recipient to reschedule delivery or delivery the following buisness day. 

Funeral Delivery: Wether a delivery to the funeral home or grave site, our staff strives to ensure timely, careful delivery of your order. If possible, please include the time of the service in your order or any details of the site. If no time is listed, we will call the funeral home or site to inquire about the times. Orders will be delivered at least 30 minutes before the start of the service- often, we deliver at least an hour before. We deliver the most funeral arrangements to Fairhaven Memorial Park Mortuary,  O'Connor Mortuary, McCormick & Son Mortuaries, Pacific View Mortuary & Memorial Park, and most other Mortuary & Memorial Parks in Orange County, CA. We also deliver to Saddleback Church, and other churches in the area.
